Stock lookups over chat across a catalogue of more than 400 SKUs, so orders can be put together without opening the system or cross-checking spreadsheets.

The problem
Putting each order together meant manually cross-checking several spreadsheets to see what was available.
What I built
A Python bot wired to the inventory database, with search by name and by code and an instant answer from a phone.
What changed
It removed the twenty minutes of manual cross-checking each order used to cost.
